My experience has been with the receptionist and the chiropractor. They are very professional while adding that friendly touch that makes the experience way more pleasant. I travel over an hour to go to this chiropractic center as I have absolute trust in their skills. I go in in pain and come out feeling so much better and often totally pain free. I've been attending Hartwell Chiropractic since 1996. I've always received great professional treatment. Over the years there has only been a few occasions when appointments ran late. This is good practice management. I guess the proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say and I'm happy to report that I'm in pretty good shape thanks to the care I've received. I had neck problem and treatment was really good , work very good, and also I have chronic back problem which is they treat well but for few days work, and I don't mind cause I know it's tear bludge . Anyway was my back relaxed for 2-3 days when I used to treat with them . ~ Mohammad R
